More Games For Billions

More Games For Billions
Tonite we'll play some more road games. These games will lead up to our giant game,
with prizes of at minimum a +25 mil (likely much larger) base street and some cash to build it up. These games over the next days will let us try some game play concepts, and familiarize you with the game play, rules, etc.....
The first game we play is just like the other day, so please refer to
the previous game post for rules.
If you have questions, game ideas, or other suggestions, please comment, and please vote on the poll so we know if your interested.

Thanks, questions will follow in comments very soon.

  1. Questions These could be difficult

    1) This famous person said "If the facts don't fit the theory, change the facts." Find us the street he was born on. In this town there is a famous old structure said to be the tallest in the continent. Name it.

2)Julius met his fate here, just down from Palatine Hill. The street to seek shares a name with its surroundings. Just down the way from this street is a famous structure that is said to be the basis of all buildings of its kind since. Name it.

3)This bridge stands near a notorious prison that has the jewels of a crown and a few headless crowns too. They share a lofty name. Within sight of this location stands a structure, notorious for a flying pig once tethered there. Name the structure.

First one with all three share locations and the follow up answers on one post wins
    5 billion mBucks,

    1) Bahnhostrasse 20, Ulm. and the structure is the Ulm Cathedral.

    2) Curia of Pompey, Rome. The building is the Theatre of Pompey

    3) Tower bridge- the Tower of London. Is that?

Yea i am not sure if the third answer is correct. Nevertheless it drives me to some findings that i will never do it. More knowledgeable!

  5. I submit that the answer to #1 is :

    Einsteinstrasse

    http://www.monopolycitystreets.com/game.html#99609223z483969635

Although it was renamed later to Fichtestrasse, though that street yielded no search hits. The one posted is the ONLY one in ULM.

Why am I giving this info away? I want a lowbie to win :) 5 Mill is less than I spend on one building, but I like a challenge :) SO, go forth and conquer folks :D

  6. lz, the rest of your answers appear to be correct, at a cursory glance....

For being first, I give lz my answer to #1 :D

If it makes his or hers answer correct all the way around, I'm ok with that :D

  24. Attention: newer players

    Now offering tradeup sale!!!!

Trade in your old tiny street for bigger one. Or two or three.

For example trade in your old 323,000 street with buildings for a 2,000,000 plus street (2 - 2.99). Say it was 6,723,000 with buildings. If your street with buildings is worth enough, get THREE 2 million dollar streets and maybe even some cash to make it even exchange. So you might pick: Goosecreek Rd, Main St, Short Rd. So for one 6.7mil street, you get THREE 2.4mil empty streets worth about 7.4mil. They probably can hold about 6x number of buildings that your old street could ever hold. After I get the email, I will offer to buy the tradeup street for the price of up to 2 of my 2mil streets. If it is a really big $$ street I will add more $$ to make it an even trade.

Rather than posting your MCS account here, send account name and the street name to trade in to my email below. With that include names of streets I own (2 - 2.999million) for trading up to. I am using the gmail account I give out to blind registrations. The name is spammerhole. I am checking for messages while I am active in MCS. Just be sure to include in subject line "MCS:" plus anything else for subject. Now I can filter and just find good messages from all the spam I get there.
